1. Simulator Booking, Pricing & Capacity Limits

Just Golf operates immersive indoor golf simulation technology and event venue space for sports entertainment, skill building, and social gatherings.

  • Hourly Pricing & Dynamic Scaling: Regular pay-as-you-play simulator rates are set at flat standard values of $25/hour. Online scheduling metrics, participant options, and dynamic scaling allow up to eight (8) concurrent players to occupy a singular simulator bay during an authorized time slot.
  • The $100 Punch Card Promotional Framework: Our promotional Punch Card locks in specialized savings of $10/hour across a pre-purchased block of ten (10) promotional hours. Punch Cards are non-transferable, carry no standalone cash value, cannot be redeemed for physical merchandise, and must be verified physically at our Dickinson facility desk upon check-in.
  • Full Venue Rentals & Private Event Policies: Exclusive venue rentals are hosted at the operational rate of $50/hour, accommodating maximum safety capacities of up to thirty (30) people. Private events require advanced booking confirmation and remain subject to a standard cancellation timeframe policy detailed explicitly upon deposit collection.

2. SMS & Reservation Notifications Consent

By submitting an online booking reservation, purchasing a promotional digital punch card, or sending an inquiry to [email protected], you enter our automated client communications network and provide explicit consent to receive SMS notifications from Just Golf for:

  • Logistical Reservation Tracking: Immediate tee-time booking confirmations, automated simulator session reminders, waitlist status updates, and custom bay access pin codes.
  • Technical Asset Delivery: Digital delivery of launch monitor performance metrics, high-definition ball-flight data logs, tournament scoreboard tracking, and automated receipts.
  • Account Support: Promotional updates regarding new virtual course additions, league play alerts, and punch card balance updates.
  • Opt-Out Control: You retain absolute authority to terminate mobile alerts at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates apply.

3. Rules of Play & Equipment Care Policies

To preserve the realism, tracking precision, and safe operation of our premium GCHawk overhead monitoring components and projector screens, all players must adhere to the following rules:

  • Footwear & Club Integrity: All players must utilize completely clean athletic shoes or soft-spiked golf shoes free of outdoor mud, dirt, or grass. Club faces must be thoroughly wiped down before interfacing with simulator balls.
  • Physical Property Damage Liability: Guests assume full individual financial liability for structural damage inflicted upon display interfaces, tracking sensors, hitting mats, or interior enclosures resulting from reckless swings, trick shots, or swinging outside designated bay safety boundaries.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by North Dakota statutory provisions, the aggregate civil liability of Just Golf for any technical tracking variance, tournament scheduling cancellation, or physical injury occurring inside our facility shall not exceed the actual aggregate sums paid by the client for that specific session or event rental. Just Golf assumes no civil or financial liability for personal club breakage, performance variations between virtual tracking algorithms and real-world outdoor play, or vehicle issues occurring within our commercial parking footprint.
